Chicago Bears Hats Review: Chicago Bears Reebok 2010 Sideline Player Flat Brim Flex Fit Hat

Chicago Bears Reebok 2010 Sideline Player Flat Brim Flex Fit Hat

So here is a new look 2010 sideline players hat. I am sort of torn about this look. On one hand, I think there is loads of potential with the airbrushed stencil look. On the other hand, the way they used it here is just not that flattering. It is a bit peculiar the way the text sits underneath the logo and the logo sits on top of the A in "BEARS". But that said, I know this hat will appeal to some of our readers so I hope they continue to develop this look.

Chicago Bears Hats Review: Chicago Bears All Black Flex Fit Hat

June 16th, 2010 | 1 Comment

ALl Black Chicago Bears Flex Fit Hat

So first off, let me say that I am a sucker for black on black hats. I love it when the Sox do it, I love it when the Blackhawks do it and now i'm loving it as the bears do it. Here is a very simple hat – just black and white… but not without character. The black stitched "BEARS" text embroidered on the bill pops nicely and the white outline of the C logo is really distinct. I would not be surprised if we saw this hat in Navy as well as just solid black. I am not sure about the white piping on the side of the hat but I suppose it does tie the hat together to some degee. Overall, this is not the hat you want for the summer, but this is a solid hat to wear into the fall!

Chicago Bears Hats Review: Chicago Bears 2009 NFL Draft Hat

Chicago Bears 2009 NFL Draft Hat

It's summer time and things are really starting to heat up in Chicago. There is only one cure, at least, one cure right this second and that cure is a mesh backed hat. I know mesh hats, especially mesh foam hats have something of a bad rep these days but lets be frank: mesh hats keep your head cool. You know it and I know it, so we can quit with the posturing. Anyhow, this is the 2009 draft cap in orange and i think it is pretty slick. The 3 tone accent on the side is a nice addition without being too overbearing on the overall aesthetic of the hat. What do you think? I think this will do just fine until we see some true mesh foam Chicago Bears Hats.

Chicago Bears Hats Review: Chicago Bears Colorblock Hat

Chicago Bears Colorblock Hat

What we have today is a relatively edgy color blocked design. It isn't sitting with me well and I think the reason is that the angular color blocked effect is on both sides of the hat. If the entire right side was blue instead of a mirror of the left side, I would be all about this. Anyhow, I think this is a hat that will have a great appeal to younger fans. I also like how the reebok logo sits on this hat, it blends in a little bit more than normal.

Chicago Bears Hats Review: NFL Draft Hat 2010

Chicago Bears Reebok NFL Draft Hat 2010

It's review time! First off, sorry for the poor resolution on this graphic, it was the best I could find at this hour. Anyhow, I gotta say, this is the best plain white had I have seen in quite a long time. The blue stitching looks really nice against the white hat, and the classic C logo sits just right. There isn't much to say about this hat but I think it speaks for itself!

Chicago Bears Hats Review: 2010 Orange Cap

Chicago Bears 2010 Orange BL Adjustable Hat

Its about time we got back to reviewing whats new for this season. This new 2010 hat gives us a clean orange look going into summer training camp. What sticks out to me about this hat is that we are dealing with a 3 color Classic C logo. Personally, I am a little confused by the blue C outline here. It definitely helps the logo stick out but it seems off to me. That said, I think this hat will grow on me. You probably realize at this point that I am not a huge fan of those orange hats but its important to have one or two for Orange Crush situations, not to mention they fit right in at Illinois games.

Chicago Bears Hats Review: Navy Blue Plough Flex Fit Hat

May 24th, 2010 | No Comments

Chicago Bears Hat : Reebok Chicago Bears Navy Blue Plough Flex Fit Hat

This navy blue hat is really sharp looking with the exception of the high contrast reebok logo. I love the dark tone of the hat with the simple white threading and logo. The bears name is hard to make out but I think it works in the context of this design. It does make me wonder if they couldn't have made the blue a bit darker to create more of a true navy look.  Either way, I think this hat is an excellent re-imagination of the traditional styled hats.

Chicago Bears Hats Review: 2009 Sideline Player Hat

Chicago Bears 2009 Sideline Player Hat

If you didn't know, I absolutely love Sideline Player Hats. There is nothing cooler than seeing a picture of a player wearing the same hat I am. Maybe that is kinda nerdy but hey, that's how I roll. The design of this hat itself is right up my alley – Mainly blue and white with just a touch of orange. Also, the C is embroidered which adds an extra touch of quality to the who situation.

Chicago Bears Hats Review: Alternate 2008 Player Hat

Chicago Bears -Alternate Color- 2008 Player Hat

This is not my favorite hat in the world but I am intrigued by the Orange with White accents and the tiniest hint of blue. on the brim and the Squatcho (Button). If they decide to develop this hat design further I will be paying attention. Also, what if this hat was Blue with White accents and a touch of Orange? In my opinion, that would be super cool.

Chicago Bears Hat : Reebok Chicago Bears Navy Blue Sideline Flat Bill Fitted Hat

Ahhh yes, this is what I am talking about. Basic. Super Clean, Dark Blue and a crisp C Logo in the center. The best part? This hat is fitted! Now I will admit, I am not the hugest fan of fitted caps but for this bad boy I would make an exception.
